Vendor/Ministry Information

Businesses, who market Catholic religious items, and Catholic ministries will find a welcome audience for their wares and messages at the Ignited By Truth Conference. Businesses and ministries, however, must be approved to purchase a table at the Conference. If you received a password to access this Web site from the Conference’s Vendors and Ministries Coordinator, you are pre-approved. If you have not, please contact vendors-ministries@ignitedbytruth.com.

Tables (8 ft. x 3 ft.) are available for you to advertise your message and sell your goods. Up to 10 tables may be ordered by an individual business or ministry. Tables must be set up on Friday afternoon and should be staffed for both the Friday and Saturday sessions.

With the purchase of each table, you are entitled to have up to 2 persons per table attend the conference and staff the table. They will be served a delicious, hot lunch on Saturday. When not active at the table, they are welcome to fully participate in the conference, including attending the presentations, visiting other tables, receiving the Sacrament of Reconciliation, or participating in the ongoing Eucharistic Adoration.

Additional personnel can be added per table for a fee. The names of the personnel may be provided during registration, or via email to registration@ignitedbytruth.com at any time until Tuesday, February 21, 2012 (4 days prior to the conference). When you do, an attractive name badge will be available at your table. The badge is required for admission to lunch.

Services available:

  • Electricity can be available at your table during the conference. A fee is required to setup up the electrical connection at your table(s). One fee is charged regardless of the number of tables you order.
  • Free wireless Internet service is available throughout the facility. While there is no charge for this service, you should consider that you may also need electricity.

Advertising opportunities:

  • Ad in the IBT program affords you with an advertisement in the agenda brochure handed out to each of the attendees at the conference. The size of the ads are 2-1/2 in. wide by 3 in tall. The graphic file must be emailed to ignited@ignitedbytruth.com no later than Tuesday, February 14, 2012.
  • Featured link on the IBT Web site provides a link on the Ignited By Truth home page to your Web site. Your link will be displayed beginning 2 days after your registration is approved, and will remain there until registration opens for the following year’s conference.

Important notes:

  • Reserve your table now! Vendor and ministry registration is open until Sunday, February 12, 2012.
  • A table is not required to purchase advertising.
  • Please note that setup for the conference will begin on Friday, February 24, 2012 at 10:00 AM and should be completed by 5:30 PM (before the Friday night workshops begin at 6:00 PM).
  • Tables should remain open until 7:00 PM on Saturday to afford attendees a final opportunity to visit your table after Mass.
  • Vendors and ministries are asked to contribute to Ignited By Truth as they are able. A suggested tithe of 5% to 10% is requested. It should be donated at the end of the conference, and will be used to help cover expenses and build for next year.
